Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a Real Estate Telecaller Executive to engage with clients, conduct outbound calls, and qualify leads for senior agents. You will work from our Dubai office, using CRM tools and standard sales processes, with a focus on high energy communication and persistent follow-up.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in telemarketing or real estate lead gen, fluent English, and a willingness to learn about Dubai real estate trends and payment plans. Visa status in Dubai is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in telemarketing, telesales, or real estate lead generation.
• Fluent English; multilingual skills (Arabic, Mandarin, Hindi or others) are a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette; resilient to rejection and able to handle objections.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Dial 80–120+ calls daily from CRM/database or portals.
• Pitch Dubai projects: Promote off-plan launches or listings.
• Lead Qualification: Assess budget, investment timeline, and residency status.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for senior Sales Agents.
• CRM Hygiene: Log outcomes and update client profiles; manage follow-ups.
• Market Awareness: Track DLD trends and major developer updates.
