Leading Real Estate Developer (Confidential) is seeking an experienced Loyalty Sales Manager in Dubai to drive repeat business and referrals from property owners and investors. The role requires a sales professional with deep knowledge of the Dubai market and a proven track record in relationship-based sales.

You will lead and support the sales team, manage loyalty initiatives, and track performance to meet monthly and business targets.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and sales experience.
• Experience in loyalty, relationship, repeat, or referral sales.
• 2-3+ years of team management experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead sales teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai property market and trends.
• Customer relationship management and retention strategies.
• Sales leadership, negotiation and business development.
