Job summary

Tanqeeb, a Dubai-based real estate platform, is seeking a Lead Qualification & Distribution Executive to manage and qualify property leads from Property Finder, Bayut, and other channels. You'll work in the Central Lead Desk, contacting potential clients, gathering requirements, and recording accurate details.

You will assign qualified leads to the right sales agents, monitor follow-ups, maintain CRM records, and prepare routine lead reports.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in lead management or telesales, preferably in real estate.
• Experience with Dubai real estate is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong phone and WhatsApp communication skills.
• Customer-handling and questioning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads from multiple channels.
