Job summary

MD Real Estate in Abu Dhabi seeks a Lead Qualification & Prospecting Specialist to turn inquiries into qualified opportunities for the Sales Team. You will assess prospect needs, identify intent, and connect qualified clients with a Property Consultant or Area Specialist.

A minimum of 1 year real estate experience and strong UAE market knowledge are mandatory for this role. You will engage across channels and maintain CRM-driven lead pipelines to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in real estate — mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market is required.
• Good understanding of Abu Dhabi communities, developers, and market dynamics.
• Experience in lead qualification, real estate telesales, prospecting, or business development is preferred.
• Ability to identify genuine buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners.

Responsibilities

• Engage and qualify inbound leads from portals, campaigns, social media, and events.
• Prospect buyers, investors, sellers, landlords, and owners via outbound calls and follow-up.
• Conduct first-contact discussions and create a strong MD Real Estate impression.
• Assess budget, location, property type, investment objective, financing, timeline, and intent.
• Qualify prospects for off-plan, resale, investment, and leasing opportunities.
• Discuss Abu Dhabi communities, projects, developers, prices, and opportunities credibly.
• Convert high-intent inquiries into qualified sales opportunities and appointments.
• Match client requirements with projects and available properties.
• Route opportunities to the appropriate Property Consultant or Sales Team.
• Maintain CRM with accurate lead profiles and pipeline stages.
• Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, email, and approved channels; re-engage dormant leads.
• Meet KPIs for prospecting, qualification, appointments, and pipeline productivity.
