Job summary

Provident Real Estate Dubai is seeking a Junior Property Consultant in Dubai to learn the ropes of sales, rentals and client service through our in-house Academy and mentoring from an experienced team.

No heavy experience required; 0–1 year in real estate or customer service welcomed. You will generate leads, conduct property viewings, and build client relationships while earning a competitive commission and enjoying full training, visa support, and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in real estate sales or customer service; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong interest in the Dubai real estate market and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply the sales process through training at our in-house Academy.
• Assist clients in buying, selling and renting properties under guidance of senior consultants.
• Generate and follow up on leads from lead pools, portals, and client database.
• Conduct property viewings and build strong client relationships.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve targets.
