Job summary

Kleindienst Group in Dubai seeks an accomplished HR Director to lead the Group HR function across real estate, construction, development, business centre and corporate operations. You will drive operational efficiency, performance management, talent development and workforce planning while partnering with Group Owners and senior leaders.

You will oversee payroll, HR operations and governance, ensuring compliant processes and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related; CIPD/SHRM qualification is an advantage.
• 8+ years senior HR experience across multiple units or operational environments.
• Experience in real estate, construction, hospitality or related industries is preferred.
• Strong expertise in performance management, talent development and succession planning.
• Good knowledge of UAE labour legislation and HR governance.
• Experience overseeing payroll, HR operations, employee relations and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group HR operations across PSE, Fakhry, ABC and Corporate functions and ensure consistent policy implementation.
• Oversee payroll, HR operations and corporate HR across the Group.
• Implement a structured, Group-wide performance management framework and KPI setting.
• Develop employee development plans and succession plans for critical roles.
• Manage employee relations, compliance with UAE law and HR documentation.
• Provide regular HR updates and reporting to Group Owners and governance bodies.
