Coldwell Banker UAE is seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Operations teams in Dubai. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Dubai real estate brokerage operations and a solid command of Salesforce/CRM, property listings, and real estate portals.

You will provide daily operational support, manage Salesforce data, assist with listings and Trakheesi documentation, and coordinate with Real Estate Consultants and Sales Managers to ensure accurate records and

Competenze

Dubai real estate brokerage experience preferred.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
Knowledge of UAE real estate portals and property listings.
Experience in sales coordination or brokerage administration.
Strong Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Outlook.
Must be based in the UAE.

Mansioni

Provide daily operational and administrative support to the Sales team.
Manage and maintain accurate information within Salesforce/CRM.
Update agent, client, property, listing, and sales data in Salesforce.
Assist with creating, updating, and managing property listings.
Coordinate listings across UAE real estate portals.
Ensure property information, pricing, descriptions, photographs, and listing details are accurate.
Assist with Trakheesi requirements, permits, and related documentation.
Prepare, organize, and maintain sales and property-related documentation.
Coordinate with Real Estate Consultants and Sales Managers regarding listings, documents, and operational requirements.
Follow up with agents regarding missing or pending documents and information.
Prepare sales and operational reports when required.
Maintain accurate records and ensure Salesforce data is complete and up to date.
Support the Sales team with day-to-day operational requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers when required.
Assist with transaction and deal-related administrative processes.
Monitor pending operational tasks and ensure timely completion.
Perform other sales operations and coordination duties as assigned.
