Qualifications

• Experience dealing directly with property owners/landlords is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills, with the ability to effectively manage and overcome client concerns.
• Confident, assertive, and professional communication style, with the ability to handle challenging conversations calmly and effectively.
• Strong understanding of property pricing, rental trends, and current market conditions, with the ability to provide informed market insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with property owners.
• Act as a key point of contact between property owners and the sales team.
• Manage owner expectations regarding pricing, market conditions, viewings, and offers.
• Maintain regular communication with owners regarding property activity and progress.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with owners to obtain feedback, approvals, price updates, and availability.
• Communicate counteroffers and owner decisions clearly and promptly.
• Coordinate property viewings between owners, buyers/tenants, and sales agents.
• Coordinate offers and negotiations between buyers/tenants, sales agents, and property owners.
• Maintain accurate property and owner records within the CRM.
• Maintain momentum on opportunities, ensuring leads do not go cold and that no opportunity, viewing, offer, or owner request is left unattended.
• Prepare regular reports on property activity, viewings, owner engagement, and performance.
• Provide management with regular updates on portfolio activity and ongoing opportunities.
