Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage a pipeline of property listings and sales leads.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.
• Utilize CRM and real estate tools to generate leads, track progression, and accelerate closings.
• Handle leads from inquiry through negotiation to transaction closure.
• Conduct property presentations, viewings, consultations, and negotiations.
