The Property Advisor will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from generating and qualifying leads to property viewings, negotiations, closing, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Role Description

The Property Advisor (Secondary & Off-Plan) role at DNL Properties is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Property Advisor will support clients throughout the property transaction lifecycle, including identifying suitable properties, arranging viewings, and providing detailed information on market conditions, pricing, and investment potential. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a portfolio of listings, maintaining accurate property records, and following up with leads generated through various marketing channels. The role involves building long-term client relationships, negotiating offers in line with company guidelines, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and closing processes. The Property Advisor is expected to stay informed about local real estate regulations, new developments, and market trends to provide timely and reliable advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend suitable secondary and off-plan properties based on clients’ requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
• Generate, follow up, and convert leads from various marketing channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and developers.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate information on pricing, market conditions, rental returns, and investment potential.
• Manage assigned listings and ensure property information is accurate and up to date.
• Negotiate offers professionally and effectively, in line with company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, developers, sellers, buyers, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth transactions and timely closings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, viewings, and transactions.
