Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in property operations, facility management, community management or post-handover services.
• Strong ability to manage multi-functional teams across housekeeping, landscaping, reception and security support.
• Good communication skills with a service-focused and professional approach to residents and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing support, tenancy contracts, resident onboarding and required documentation.
• Coordinate client verification, agreement execution and tenant records.
• Supervise post-handover services by tracking reported issues and arranging resolution.
• Oversee housekeeping operations, including team attendance and duty allocation.
• Build strong relationships with residents, clients, vendors and contractors.
