Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking a Project and Logistics Coordinator to support fit-out and space beautification projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate daily project/site requirements and supervise manpower attendance and labour records. Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in logistics or site coordination is required.

Strong MS Excel/MS Office skills are essential; ERP experience is a plus. The role involves coordinating with sites, stores, suppliers and internal teams across the

Qualifications

• 1 year UAE experience in logistics, material coordination, procurement support, site coordination, or similar roles.
• Experience in construction/fit-out/projects is strongly preferred.
• Good English communication, organization and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project/site requirements across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Process and follow up MRs, LPOs, Delivery Notes and material/equipment needs.
• Coordinate material/sample collections, deliveries, scaffolding hire/returns for UAE and regional projects.
• Maintain accurate Excel/ERP records and coordinate with sites, stores, suppliers, and internal teams.
