Job summary

Al Ghurair Investment LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior Logistics Coordinator to coordinate day-to-day logistics for power project sites, warehouses and locations in Dubai. You will plan transport of materials, equipment, and tools to sites, coordinating with Procurement, Stores and Project Management to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 3–7 years in project logistics, strong planning and communication skills, and experience with heavy equipment and international shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics or related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant logistics experience in power, EPC, construction, infrastructure, or large-scale projects.
• Experience with project logistics, material movement, transportation coordination and site logistics.
• Knowledge of domestic and international transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics activities for project sites, warehouses and locations.
• Plan and coordinate transportation of materials, equipment, machinery, tools and other project resources to and from project sites.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming/outgoing materials, equipment and shipments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters, customs agents and project teams for logistics requirements.
• Prepare delivery schedules and coordinate vehicle and transportation requirements for project priorities.
• Monitor movement of critical and long-lead materials and provide updates to project teams.
