Job summary

Careerwebsite is seeking a disciplined Fit-Out Project Coordinator in Dubai to support the coordination and execution of fit-out projects. You will manage site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, and help ensure projects meet schedule and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on exposure to site coordination, project scheduling, and architectural/MEP works, with strong communication and organizational skills to track progress and resolve issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of fit-out/site coordination experience (UAE preferred).
• Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, and/or healthcare fit-out projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of architectural and MEP coordination and site activities.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specs, and BOQs.
• Knowledge of project schedules, site documentation, material coordination and follow-ups.
• Strong coordination, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities.
• MS Office and project scheduling/tracking tools proficiency.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coordination and execution of fit-out projects in Dubai.
• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules to track activities against timelines.
• Coordinate site activities, manpower, materials, subcontractors, suppliers, and resources.
• Monitor progress and report delays to Project Manager or management.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Monitor workmanship, progress, and quality on site.
• Coordinate between civil, architectural, MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety works to minimize clashes.
• Act as liaison between site and internal departments for smooth execution.
• Provide updates on requirements, progress, delays, and outstanding issues to internal teams.
• Coordinate material deliveries and purchases per project schedule.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors as required.
• Support handover with snagging, testing, and as-built documentation.
