Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking a Project and Logistics Coordinator to support fit-out and space beautification projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate daily project/site requirements and supervise manpower attendance and labour records. Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in logistics or site coordination is required.

Position Title: Project and Logistics Coordinator

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary AED: up to 6,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client: A fit-out contracting team specializing in unique commercial and residential renovation and space beautification projects in Middle East.

Job Description:

• Coordinate daily project/site requirements, manpower attendance and labor records across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Process and follow up MRs, LPOs, Delivery Notes, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate material/sample collections, deliveries, scaffolding hire and returns for UAE and regional projects.
• Maintain accurate Excel/ERP records and coordinate with sites, stores, suppliers, and internal teams.

Minimum 1 year of relevant UAE experience in logistics, material coordination, procurement support, site coordination, or a similar operational role.

Experience in construction, contracting, fit-out, painting/coating, MEP, or project-based environments is strongly preferred.

Good knowledge of MRs, LPOs, Delivery Notes, material deliveries, supplier/site coordination, with good MS Excel/MS Office skills; ERP experience is an advantage.

Good English communication, organization, coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.
