Prodigy Hospitality Group in Dubai is seeking a DCDP or Commis Pastry Chef for a full-time, on-site role. You will prepare and finish a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked items according to established recipes and standards, with emphasis on high-quality presentation.

You will assist in menu development, maintain mise en place, support inventory management, and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations while collaborating with the kitchen team and participating in training

Qualifications

• Practical experience in pastry preparation and dessert presentation in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards and proper kitchen sanitation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and time management during busy service.
• Ability to follow recipes, SOPs and plating guidelines for consistent results.
• Effective communication and teamwork within a diverse kitchen brigade.
• Willingness to learn and participate in continuous training.
• Formal culinary or pastry education or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, or premium hospitality operations in Dubai or similar markets is an advantage.
