You will monitor performance, ensure SLA compliance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence to align with senior management guidance.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in operations or related roles, strong leadership, and proficiency in Excel and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, commerce, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, customer service, sales coordination, or related fields.
• Experience managing operational KPIs and service delivery preferred.
• Ability to lead multiple teams and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities across retention, reactivation, and acquisition.
• Monitor service levels and performance metrics across teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure SLA compliance.
• Prepare regular operational reports.
• Plan resources and workforce to meet demand.
• Escalate issues to management when needed.
