Job summary

Lime is hiring an Operations Associate for our Dubai-based team. You will enhance fleet performance, coordinate warehouse and field operations, and be the local eyes and ears for rider needs in Dubai.

This onsite role focuses on building safe, efficient processes and driving operational excellence across markets. You will hire and train staff, define KPIs, develop dashboards, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional work experience in operations
• Fluent English and Arabic
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; Python & SQL a bonus

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach Mechanics and Fleet Support staff
• Coordinate warehouse and field operations in Dubai
• Develop and monitor KPIs for market performance
• Build and maintain safe, compliant warehouse workflows
• Create dashboards to manage Lime’s operations across markets
• Assist in fleet and supply management and cross-functional projects
• Engage with customers, regulators, and Lime management
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on local initiatives
