Job summary

Lime is seeking an Operations Associate to join the Midwest team in Indianapolis. This on-site role focuses on keeping the shared micromobility fleet running by optimizing warehouse processes and field operations.

You will hire and train mechanics and fleet staff, define KPIs, and collaborate with engineering, product, and government relations to address operational needs and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional work experience in operations or related field.
• Industrial engineering background is a plus.
• Experience leading teams or groups is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets; Tableau and SQL knowledge is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach mechanics and fleet staff responsible for repairs and deployment.
• Build a safe, compliant warehouse environment supplying fleet for Indianapolis region.
• Define new processes to drive operational excellence in warehouse and field.
• Partner cross-functionally on operations projects to identify expansion opportunities.
• Define and monitor KPIs for profitability, revenue, and performance.
• Provide complaint management and investigate incidents.
• Collaborate with Government Relations on legal, regulatory, and safety issues.
• Maintain relationships with customers, regulators, employees, and Lime management.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to drive local revenue growth.
