Job summary

Talabat is seeking an Assistant Manager to own the performance of our bicycle and EV fleet and tMart operations across Dubai. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve fleet efficiency.

With a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in last-mile delivery or mobility tech, you will analyze data, set roadmaps, coach field staff, and champion ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in operations, ideally last-mile delivery, e-commerce, or mobility tech.
• Proven experience managing on-ground teams and working across functions.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational strategy and performance of the fleet—bicycles and EVs—and roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Track and analyze fleet performance metrics, translating data into updates and leadership recommendations.
• Drive compliance at tMarts—visiting regularly and enforcing protocols with a clear action plan.
• Identify long-term solutions to recurring operational challenges.
• Refine and improve SOPs with automation and system enhancements to boost efficiency.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Performance, 3PL, and Rider Lifecycle teams to resolve issues.
