Job summary

China State Construction is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager for large-scale Dubai projects. The role demands comprehensive on-site leadership, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and rigorous documentation to meet project milestones.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, 15+ years of relevant experience, and hands-on involvement with high-rise towers, ensuring safety, quality, and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with high-rise towers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management with full responsibility for site issues.
• Lead a team, assign duties and monitor quality feedback.
• Prepare all project documentation and submissions; track milestones.
• Coordinate RFI, drawings, methods statements and approvals.
• Ensure timely submissions of claims, NCR closures, variations and EOT.
• Track cash flow, progress, long lead items, and deliveries.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure ISO document compliance.
