Job summary

TalentBridge Dubai is seeking experienced MEP Engineers (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) to join a leading MEP contractor delivering high-rise projects in Dubai. The ideal candidates will bring hands-on UAE experience, with full project lifecycle exposure and strong technical execution capabilities.

Responsibilities include installation supervision, site coordination with consultants and subcontractors, and adherence to safety, quality, and project specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (as applicable).
• Completed at least one full project lifecycle in the UAE—from mobilisation to handover.
• Minimum 5 years UAE-based experience in a similar role within an MEP contracting company.
• Experience with high-rise residential or commercial towers.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise installation of MEP systems (HVAC, drainage, water supply, electrical).
• Plan site activities, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, ensure timelines and quality.
• Read and implement project drawings and BOQs on site.
• Manage manpower planning and labour productivity per site conditions and budget.
• Ensure all site work adheres to quality, safety regulations, and project specs.
• Prepare and respond to project correspondence including letters and technical queries.
• Support inspections with consultants and authorities (DEWA, DM, DCD) and secure NOCs.
• Monitor project progress and assist reporting to the Project Manager.
