Job summary

Ozonets Technical Services LLC in Dubai is seeking an Estimation Engineer to prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs for MEP and technical projects, and quantify take-offs from drawings.

You will review architectural and MEP drawings, conduct market research on materials and labour costs, and develop competitive tender proposals while coordinating with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to validate estimates.

Qualifications

• MEP BOQ preparation and project estimation expertise.
• Electrical engineering background with knowledge of electrical systems and DEWA guidelines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for interpreting and reviewing drawings.
• Research and data analysis to benchmark costs and support value engineering.
• Pricing and negotiation skills with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency with estimation software, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English communication; Arabic a plus.
• GCC region estimation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for MEP and technical projects.
