Qualifications

• Experience with a main contractor, subcontractor, or construction company in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of construction costs, materials, subcontractor pricing and market rates.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, BOQs and tender documents.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and commercial skills.
