Job summary

AURA Skypool – Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns, content production and social media efforts from Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. You will balance desk-based work with on-site shoots to capture the venue at its best while upholding the AURA aesthetic.

The role targets someone with 1–3 years in hospitality marketing, strong social media knowledge, and excellent English writing.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, digital or communications, ideally in hospitality, F&B or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current content trends in the UAE market
• Excellent written and verbal English; copywriting ability is a plus
• Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics and Meta Business Suite
• Comfortable shooting and editing basic content on mobile
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple deadlines
• Willingness to be on-site during events, shoots and activations, including some weekends

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social and offline channels
• Coordinate content creation, photo and video shoots, and maintain the content calendar
• Schedule, publish and monitor social media content and community engagement
• Manage influencer, media and partner visits from briefing through to content delivery
• Liaise with PR agencies, designers and external suppliers on brand assets and collateral
• Track campaign performance, compile reports and share insights with the marketing team
• Ensure all communications and on-site collateral follow brand guidelines
