Job summary

AURA Skypool is hiring a Retail Assistant to join its boutique on The Palm Tower, Palm Jumeirah. You will welcome guests, guide product selection and process transactions in a premium, 360° hospitality environment.

Experience in retail or hospitality is advantageous, with a friendly, sales-driven attitude and strong English communication. The role supports stock control, displays, and inventory reporting in a high-energy setting.

Qualifications

Sales-driven and customer-focused approach.
Good communication with guests and team members.
Basic POS and cash-handling experience required.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests in the retail area, offering product knowledge and styling advice.
Drive sales and upselling while maintaining a relaxed, non-pushy guest experience.
Process sales accurately through the POS system and handle cash and card payments.
Maintain visual merchandising standards, displays and overall tidiness of the boutique.
Monitor stock levels, assist with replenishment, stock counts and deliveries.
Report best-sellers, slow movers and restocking needs to the retail supervisor.
Handle exchanges, returns and guest queries in line with company policy.
