Job summary

AURA Skypool – Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns, content production and social media efforts from Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. You will balance desk-based work with on-site shoots to capture the venue at its best while upholding the AURA aesthetic.

The role targets someone with 1–3 years in hospitality marketing, strong social media knowledge, and excellent English writing.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, digital or communications, ideally in hospitality, F&B or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current content trends in the UAE market
• Excellent written and verbal English; copywriting ability is a plus
• Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics and Meta Business Suite
• Comfortable shooting and editing basic content on mobile
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple deadlines
• Willingness to be on-site during events, shoots and activations, including some weekends

AURA Skypool is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the brand’s next chapter as it reopens on the 50th floor of The Palm Tower, Palm Jumeirah. Part of Sunset Hospitality Group, AURA is a globally recognised lifestyle destination with a strong social presence and a constant pipeline of campaigns, shoots, collaborations and activations.

In this role you will support the marketing team across digital and on-ground campaigns — coordinating content production, scheduling social media, managing influencer and media visits, and tracking campaign performance. You will spend time both at the desk and on-site, capturing the venue at its best and making sure every piece of content reflects the AURA aesthetic. The role is ideal for a creative, organised marketer with 1–3 years’ experience who understands hospitality, social platforms and the Dubai lifestyle scene.
