Job summary

AURA Skypool, Dubai’s iconic sky-high dining and lifestyle destination, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead podcast content and social media efforts. This role supports end-to-end podcast production and day-to-day social media management across platforms.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in marketing or content coordination, strong English communication, and comfort with event coverage. Flexible hours apply to recording schedules and venue events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, social media management, or content/podcast coordination — hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brand experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for a brand or venue.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content workflows simultaneously.
• Familiarity with content editing tools.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Flexible availability to support recording schedules and event coverage, which may fall outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end podcast production — scheduling, guest coordination, recording logistics, and post-production liaison.
• Assist in content planning and editorial direction for podcast episodes in line with AURA's brand voice.
• Coordinate with hosts, guests, and external contributors on podcast scheduling and briefing.
• Own day-to-day social media management — content planning, posting, stories, and community engagement across platforms.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar aligning podcast releases, social posts, and venue events.
• Capture and coordinate content at events, brunches, and key nights for social and podcast use.
• Track performance metrics across podcast and social (downloads, engagement, follower growth) and report on content performance.
• Assist with broader marketing activities — campaign support, asset coordination, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and external agencies as needed.

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support AURA Skypool's marketing efforts, with primary ownership of podcast content and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end podcast production — scheduling, guest coordination, recording logistics, and post-production liaison.
• Assist in content planning and editorial direction for podcast episodes in line with AURA's brand voice.
• Coordinate with hosts, guests, and external contributors on podcast scheduling and briefing.
