Job summary

AURA Skypool, the world’s highest 360° infinity pool on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, seeks an experienced Guest Relations Manager to own the guest journey from inquiry to post-visit follow-up. You will lead and develop the front-of-house team, manage VIP and repeat-guest relationships, and collaborate with events, F&B and marketing to reflect the AURA standard.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in guest relations or front-of-house leadership.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic/Russian/French are a strong advantage.
• Experience with reservation systems (SevenRooms/OpenTable/Micros) is preferred.
• UAE experience is preferred; flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule and coach the guest relations team to deliver consistently exceptional service.
• Oversee reservations, seating strategy, VIP handling and the end-to-end guest journey.
• Build and maintain relationships with repeat guests, VIPs, concierges and key partners.
• Handle escalated guest complaints and feedback professionally, driving service improvements.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and online reviews, and implement corrective action plans.
• Coordinate daily with events, F&B, marketing and operations teams on bookings and activations.
• Ensure grooming, brand and service standards are upheld across the front-of-house team.

AURA Skypool, the world’s highest 360° infinity pool at The Palm Tower on Palm Jumeirah, is reopening and is looking for an experienced Guest Relations Manager to lead its front-of-house guest experience. Operated by Sunset Hospitality Group, AURA is one of Dubai’s most recognisable lifestyle destinations, welcoming residents, tourists and VIP guests throughout the year.

In this role you will own the entire guest journey — from the first reservation enquiry through arrival, in-venue experience and follow-up. You will lead and develop the guest relations team, manage VIP and repeat-guest relationships, and work closely with events, F&B and marketing to ensure every touchpoint reflects the AURA standard. This is a highly visible leadership position suited to a polished hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume lifestyle environment and genuinely enjoys creating memorable guest moments.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule and coach the guest relations team to deliver consistently exceptional service
• Oversee reservations, seating strategy, VIP handling and the end-to-end guest journey

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in guest relations, front office or front-of-house leadership within luxury hospitality, beach clubs or lifestyle venues
• Proven team leadership, training and people-management skills
• Excellent English communication; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French) are a strong advantage
• Confident with reservation and POS systems (SevenRooms, OpenTable, Micros or similar)
• Immaculate presentation with a warm, confident and guest-focused personality
• Strong problem-solving ability and composure under pressure
• UAE experience preferred; flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
