Job summary

AURA Skypool – Sunset Hospitality Group in Dubai is hiring an events coordinator to plan and deliver private events, brand activations and pool-day experiences at The Palm Tower. You will liaise with clients, sales, F&B and kitchen teams to bring each event to life on time and on budget.

The role suits an organized, creative professional with at least 2 years’ experience in events coordination within hospitality, strong client-facing communication and a calm, solutions-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in events coordination within hospitality, beach clubs, hotels or lifestyle venues.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple events.
• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• UAE market knowledge preferred; flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event days.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute private events, buyouts, brand activations and seasonal experiences
• Act as the main point of contact for clients from enquiry through to post-event follow-up
• Prepare event proposals, quotations, BEOs, floor plans and detailed run sheets
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors and internal departments on logistics, setup and timings
• Manage event budgets, track costs and ensure profitability targets are met
• Be present on-site during events to oversee setup, execution and breakdown
• Gather post-event feedback and maintain an events calendar and client database

As Events Coordinator you will be the link between clients and the operations team — preparing proposals, building run sheets and floor plans, coordinating suppliers, and being on the ground to ensure flawless execution. You will work closely with sales, marketing, F&B and kitchen teams to bring each event to life on time and on budget. The role suits an organised, creative and client-confident professional who enjoys the energy of live events and takes pride in getting every detail right.
