Qualifications

• Previous experience as Receptionist/Hostess in restaurant or luxury hospitality.
• Fluent English mandatory.
• Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, confident, and friendly personality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good computer and reservation system knowledge.
• Ability to remain calm during busy service.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Well-presented with luxury hospitality standards understanding.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and reservations.
• Manage and update reservations accurately.
• Escort guests to tables and hand over to the waiter.
• Coordinate with service team for smooth guest flow.
• Manage walk-in guests and waiting lists professionally.
• Follow up on inquiries and upcoming reservations.
• Address guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean, elegant reception area.
