The role requires a polished front-of-house presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage guest flow during peak service while maintaining luxury hospitality standards in a world-class environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a hostess or VIP hostess in luxury hospitality.
• Approximately 2 years in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant is preferred.
• Excellent spoken communication and professional demeanor.
• Confident, engaging interpersonal style and cross-cultural awareness.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and create a polished first impression.
• Act as primary contact for guests entering the restaurant.
• Confirm reservations and assist with seating arrangements.
• Monitor the waiting list and update guests on seating times.
• Coordinate guest flow with the team to support table turnover.
• Escort guests to tables professionally and politely.
• Communicate special requests to relevant team members.
• Maintain awareness of VIP guests and tailor service accordingly.
• Engage guests in courteous conversation while they wait.
• Provide clear information on seating and restaurant procedures.
