Job summary

KinFitz & Co. is hiring a Community Manager to run villa communities in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. You will own end-to-end service delivery, lead the field team, and manage the monthly P&L with direct access to the founder.

We seek a facilities management professional with B2C experience in residential villas, strong AMC knowledge, and the drive to grow with new communities. Fluency in English and UAE driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Facilities management background is essential.
• B2C experience with residential villas required.
• Solid AMC scope, pricing and renewal knowledge.
• Experience running a P&L yourself.
• Strong operations skills and initiative.
• Fluent English; second language a bonus.
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate; UAE driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Run a villa community end to end: service delivery, field team, client relationships and AMC renewals.
• Lead a team of maintenance coordinators and field technicians.
• Own the client book and renewals of AMCs.
• Scope AMCs for each villa and determine renewal frequency.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert non-contract clients to AMCs.
• Be in the community daily and uphold the brand service standards.
• Report weekly numbers and review the P&L with the founder every month.
