Metropolitan Premium Properties in Dubai seeks an Experienced Real Estate Broker to close high-value transactions in primary and secondary markets. You will handle sales, leasing, and off-plan opportunities across sought-after communities, building a robust client base with ongoing leadership from our team.

You will negotiate deals, present properties, and guide clients through market conditions, mortgages, and legal steps, while leveraging our premium marketing and developer access.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven real estate experience in Dubai.
• RERA certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales and leasing transactions across Dubai’s most in-demand communities.
• Manage and maintain an active client database, ensuring long-term relationships.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Stay up-to-date with Dubai real estate market trends, regulations, and developments.
• Prepare and execute contracts, ensuring compliance with RERA regulations.
