Bulgari in Dubai seeks a Client Advisor and Sales Support to deliver a luxurious shopping experience, maximize sales opportunities, and support store operations. You will build relationships with clients, demonstrate product knowledge, and contribute to KPIs while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires at least 5 years in jewelry or luxury sales, strong customer service and negotiation skills, and fluent English.

Qualificações

Minimum 5 years sales experience in jewelry or luxury brands.
Strong product knowledge and clienteling skills.
Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

Welcome all clients entering the store, providing extraordinary service.
Listen to needs, offer customized advice and brand discovery.
Develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers.
Manage the sales process from welcome to packaging, applying selling techniques.
Contribute to store and service KPIs.
Register client data in the dedicated system for future CRM actions and development.
Perform CRM one-to-one activities and adhere to sales procedures and guidelines.
Ensure front area is clean and products are displayed per VM guidelines.
Handle After Sales service front office activities (repairs, interviews, data entry in SAP).
Complete online training modules and participate in training sessions to expand knowledge.
