Job summary

Khansaheb Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Jewellery Sales Specialist to welcome customers, showcase collections, and drive sales.

With a minimum of 5 years in luxury fashion or jewellery, you will advise on styling, maintain displays, and coordinate with designers and management. This on-site, full-time role also involves inventory checks, reports, and potential exhibition travel to represent the brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in jewellery, luxury, or fashion retail.
• Strong knowledge of fashion jewelry trends and product lines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selection and styling.
• Handle inquiries and fulfill special jewelry requests.
• Maintain deep knowledge of fashion products to advise customers.
• Assist with occasions-based inquiries and needs.
• Gather feedback and refer insights to management.
• Support visual merchandising to create an inviting store environment.
• Participate in inventory counts and stock management.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales and inventory reports.
• Liaise with designers for sales, delivery and returns.
• Travel for exhibitions or home visits if required.
• Assist with social media postings with manager's support.
• Perform tasks as assigned by management.
