Job summary

Damas Jewellery in Dubai seeks a knowledgeable luxury retail professional with 2–5 years in customer service or hospitality to join our store team. You will deliver exceptional service, maintain 100% stock accuracy, and promote our in-house and partner brands.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, advising on jewellery, processing sales and repairs, and ensuring strict adherence to DSCE standards. Weekend availability and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Good knowledge of jewellery and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess requirements; invite to counters.
• Provide product information and close sales per standards.
• Maintain stock accuracy and supervise displays as per VM standards.
• Process payments and ensure correct change and receipts.
• Handle repairs orders and coordinate with workshop.
