Job summary

Meliá Desert Palm Dubai – A Member of Meliá Collection is seeking a service‑driven F&B Supervisor to oversee daily dining operations and lead the team by example. Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will ensure service excellence, guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards across all dining venues.

We value 1–3 years of supervisory experience in luxury hotel or resort settings, a high school diploma, strong knowledge of restaurant operations, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience within Food & Beverage operations, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations and lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
