Job summary

Meliá Desert Palm Dubai is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join the Sales & Marketing team. You will develop partnerships across corporate and leisure segments, drive revenue, and help the hotel achieve its targets with a focus on exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include prospecting new clients, presenting compelling proposals, negotiating terms, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a seamless guest experience across departments in a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar Sales Executive role within hospitality.
• Experience in leisure sales and UAE travel network is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budget and revenue targets with the Sales & Marketing team.
• Make daily sales calls to key partners across corporate, leisure, and other market segments.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
• Present sales proposals highlighting the hotel's features, offerings, and value.
• Coordinate bookings and ensure availability.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
