Job summary

Irony Home in Dubai is seeking a proactive personal sales and service contact for its villa and residential clients. You will turn enquiries into confirmed installations, build a pipeline of villa owners and property managers, and drive seasonal targets with a concierge approach.

You will coordinate site visits, measurements and install dates with operations, while maintaining CRM updates and timely follow-ups. Excellent English is essential; additional Arabic, Russian or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in luxury sales, concierge sales, interiors, chritsmas, festive, events in Dubai
• Proven record of hitting sales targets with high-net-worth clients
• Existing network of villa clients, agents or property managers is a strong plus
• Polished, confident and discreet, with strong negotiation skills
• Excellent English; Arabic, Russian or French is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving licence; flexible for evenings, weekends and peak season

Responsibilities

• Convert client enquiries into confirmed bookings and deposits
• Build a pipeline of villa owners, residences, family offices and property managers across Dubai
• Generate leads through referrals, communities, real estate agents, events and social media
• Present Irony Home's services (festive decor, styling, installations, rentals) and prepare proposals with the design team
• Upsell and cross-sell: extra rooms, outdoor areas, events, seasonal refreshes and annual packages
• Negotiate pricing within approved margins and close deals
• Meet monthly and seasonal sales targets, with peak focus on Christmas, Ramadan and Eid
• Act as the single point of contact from first call to final installation
• Arrange site visits, measurements and install dates with operations
• Coordinate villa access with staff, security and community management
• Handle changes and last-minute requests quickly and discreetly
• Follow up after each job for feedback, final payment and repeat bookings
• Keep the CRM updated with leads, quotes, deals and client preferences
• Share weekly pipeline and sales reports with management
• Make sure deposits and balances are collected on time with finance
