Job summary

SUOFEIYA HOME INTERNATIONAL - FZCO in Dubai seeks an on-site Project Coordinator to drive overseas customer development and manage full-cycle customer processes from inquiry to shipment. You will coordinate installation for showroom and bulk projects, align domestic and overseas teams, and ensure on-time, quality delivery.

The role requires 1+ year in real-estate or custom-furniture project management, fluent English, and Dubai-based on-site work.

Qualifications

• College diploma or above, major in Project Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-year working experience in real-estate or custom-furniture project management; prior experience in installation management for custom-home projects is preferred
• Fluent oral English with solid listening, speaking, reading and writing skills for independent business negotiations
• Must be based and work on-site in Dubai

Responsibilities

• Drive overseas customer development and achieve sales targets
• Independently manage the full cycle customer process including inquiry handling quotation sampling contract execution and shipment delivery
• Manage on site installation and project coordination for showrooms and bulk volume projects covering cabinets wardrobes bathroom products wooden furnishings and wall panels
• Oversee overseas project sites to ensure on time quality compliant delivery
• Liaise with domestic design production and logistics teams as well as overseas installation teams
• Resolve on site issues in a pragmatic manner to maintain high level customer satisfaction
• Monitor competitor activities capture customer requirements and track industry trends in overseas markets and feed insights back to headquarters to support product iteration
