We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of the project from construction through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality and schedule while maintaining the highest standards of safety and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of construction PM experience on luxury residential/hospitality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience on luxury developments.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate contractors and consultants.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of the construction project.
• Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, procurement, and cost reporting.
• Conduct progress meetings and provide updates to senior management and client.
• Drive value engineering and continuous improvement.
