Inspire Selection | Recruitment Agency in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead loyalty and customer engagement across the GCC. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, app usage, and loyalty activity through integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, CRM, and in-store channels.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in marketing within retail, loyalty, FMCG or agencies, and a strong grasp of the GCC consumer landscape.

Formación

8+ years of marketing experience, ideally within retail, loyalty, FMCG, consumer brands or an agency.
Strong understanding of the GCC consumer and retail landscape.
Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Good understanding of CRM, customer segmentation and data-led marketing.
Strong creative, strategic, project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

Develop and execute regional marketing strategies and campaign plans.
Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, CRM, ATL, BTL and retail channels.
Drive brand visibility, customer engagement, app usage and loyalty programme activity.
Identify opportunities for creative partnerships, activations and customer engagement initiatives.
Work closely with internal teams, agencies and business stakeholders to deliver campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, customer insights, budgets and ROI.
