GAC Group in Dubai seeks a Customer Service Administrator to manage logistics admin, coordinate documentation, and deliver top-tier service to customers. This role involves scheduling imports/exports, processing customs docs, and tracking shipments.

A university degree with a logistics/shipping diploma is preferred, along with English proficiency and a UAE driver’s license is a plus. The candidate will coordinate shipments, maintain records, and liaise with operations to meet customer

Qualifications

• Graduate with a university degree, preferably with a diploma in logistics or shipping.
• Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
• Previous experience in a Free Zone-based logistics or shipping company is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and adept at learning new software.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with excellent telephone etiquette.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate import and export shipments based on customer needs and priorities.
• Process principal orders through the company’s system.
• Prepare export and import customs documentation in line with applicable customs regulations.
• Coordinate daily schedules with operations teams and share transport requirements on time.
• Track shipments until they reach their destination.
• Escalate complaints and service-related issues promptly.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and help ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and organized records so required information is available when needed.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
