Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Sales Management in the UAE banking/financial services sector.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of banking sales origination and lead management systems.
• Business sales acumen.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish acquisition targets for Covered Card and cross-sell assets through the sales force in the assigned business.
• Lead the sales team to achieve sales, service, and administrative goals.
• Develop and expand relationships with existing and new clients to market the product proposition.
• Close business with new corporates to increase market share and contribution to Consumer Banking.
• Leverage bank relationships to market the proposition in coordination with stakeholders.
• Identify new companies and industry segments to expand the target market.
• Set and monitor sales targets; provide guidance and identify training needs.
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs are met by agents.
• Develop and implement training programs for sales representatives.
• Oversee the development and execution of sales campaigns; ensure compliance and ethics.
• Handle conflicts professionally and drive continuous learning and development.
