Responsibilities

• Accomplish acquisition targets for Covered Card and cross-sell assets through the sales force in the assigned business.
• Lead the sales team to achieve sales, service, and administrative goals.
• Develop and expand relationships with existing and new clients to market the product proposition.
• Close business with new corporates to increase market share and contribution to Consumer Banking.
• Leverage bank relationships to market the proposition in coordination with stakeholders.
• Identify new companies and industry segments to expand the target market.
• Set and monitor sales targets; provide guidance and identify training needs.
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs are met by agents.
• Develop and implement training programs for sales representatives.

Role: Sales Manager - Cards

Location: Dubai

Role Purpose: The role holder is responsible for developing Covered Card acquisitions strategies Product/ Market based sales planning incentive schemes and providing input for product proposition development pricing and customer service strategies.

Responsibilities

• Role is responsible to accomplish the acquisition targets for Covered Card cross-sell asset products and assigned KPIs through the sales force in the assigned business.
• Responsible for overall performance of the assigned sales team to achieve sales service and administrative goals. To drive and deliver exceptional retail business performance through powerful leadership of Covered Card sales teams their onboarding attrition and development.
• Manage and expand business relationships with existing and new relationships to market product proposition through relationship sales teams.
• Close business with new corporates in the market to increase product proposition market share and contribution to overall Consumer Banking
• Leverage the existing bank relationships and market the product proposition to them in close coordination with concerned stakeholders.
• Identify and list new companies & industry segments to expand the base of the targeted market segment.
• Job responsibilities also include setting and monitoring Sales targets providing guidance and identifying training needs.Key Accountabilities of the role
