InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Steward to uphold spotless cleanliness, organized workspaces, and reliable operational support for our culinary teams. You will help maintain hygiene standards across kitchens, storage, and service areas, enabling chefs to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen cleaning or hospitality is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• High School Certificate or equivalent is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, workstations and stewarding areas.
• Follow cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Support movement and storage of kitchen equipment and supplies.
