Job summary

InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Steward to maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational support within our culinary operations. This role focuses on spotless equipment, hygienic workspaces, and upholding the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.

You will work closely with Stewarding Supervisors and chefs to ensure kitchen and service equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and available, supporting banquet and in-room dining

Qualifications

• High school certificate or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hotels, restaurants, or large-scale food service operations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional hygiene standards in kitchen and stewarding areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently and ensure clean service ware.
• Support restaurant, banquet, and in-room dining operations as required.
