Job summary

IKEA in Jebel Ali, Dubai invites an experienced Kitchen Specialist to support kitchen planning and design services, assist customers, and drive sales while ensuring a high standard of service.

You will coordinate with delivery and installation teams, monitor KPIs, and help train designers, organizing staff schedules and planning to meet peak trading periods. English required; Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in kitchen planning or retail design.
• High proficiency in English; Arabic language ability is a plus.
• Understanding of home-furnishing market trends and customer needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support IKEA's Kitchen Design Service and promote design offerings.
• Assist customers with kitchen-planning requirements and provide a professional shopping experience.
• Coordinate with delivery and installation teams to progress orders smoothly.
• Monitor daily performance and contribute to sales initiatives and budgets.
• Organize staff schedules and annual leave planning while maintaining staffing levels.
