Job summary

Trustbend Packers & Movers in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support daily bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, and routine reporting in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role offers exposure to accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, VAT documentation, and collaboration with operations. Ideal candidates have a relevant degree and experience as junior accountant or finance assistant, with strong Excel and accounting software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Experience as Junior Accountant, Accounts Assistant, or Finance Assistant preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT documentation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, journal entries, and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate general ledger and financial records.
• Assist with bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
• Assist with VAT-related documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate with operations and administration teams regarding invoices.
• Enter and update financial information in accounting software.
• Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.
• Support senior accountants with routine accounting tasks.
